An item may be returned if it is sent back:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- With original tags and packaging

- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Only store credit will be offered for returns.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

- Any orders sent back that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

- Once it has reached 30 days since your order, it is no longer eligible to be returned.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees

It is NOT recommended to submerge leather patch hats in water. If washing is necessary, we recommend hand washing only and avoiding leather patch if possible. Allow to air dry.
